Callie is one of those souls that when you meet her, there’s something about her that just draws you in. She is Felv positive, which means that she can only be housed with other Felv cats (or be a single kitty!). But if you just take the time to get to know her and look past her awkward exterior, you will find a cat that is yearning for affection and learning how to ask for it. When she wants you to pet her, she’ll grab your hand and pull it towards her as if to say “Right here’s the spot!” And when she’s done, she’ll give you a little nibble to let you know. But more often than not, she comes right back for more! Callie would thrive in a home that takes things at her pace, but also is able to provide consistent affection for her as it’s something she craves.
If you’re the kind of person who’s willing to go slow, but also knows when and how to initiate affection, Callie will be quite the loyal and unique companion!
